Michael Olivier Reviews 1000 Miles Sauvignon Blanc 2015

Selecting grapes from their best vineyard sites in Stellenbosch, Elgin and Piekenierskloof, they were brought to cellar, destemmed and crushed and then they are separately fermented in stainless steel tanks.  Once fermented, the parcels were taken to neutral 500 litre French oak barrels for a maturation for 15 months on the lees.
