Michael Olivier Reviews Husk Brandy 2014

Mulderbosch Husk Brandy 2014 is a beauty to behold. Made in the same style as Grappa, the original, widely celebrated spirit. It is made by the distillation of freshly fermented red wine skins (the “Mash”) in an Alambic pot still, then further purified by no less than two separate fraction in column stills. The result is a brilliantly pure, clean white spirit. The mash used was that of freshly fermented.
